I was responsible for the analysis of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) transactions. This included analyzing dynamics in the underlying Commercial Real Estate markets in U.S. and Europe, developing a view on these markets as well as reports for making investmen decisions. Value add: Developed an excel-based model for analysing performance of real estate transactions.

Developed a framework for Deutsche Bank global “Privacy Policy” while considering data protection laws of various countries where the bank operates.

• Strategic planning – worked with consultants and senior consultants to developed an NGO-partnership strategy for Tanzania Marketing and Communication Company; • Financial planning – developed 5–year strategic budgets for 2 Tanzanian Government Agencies; and • Programme Leadership – programme officer responsible for managing a US$ 1 million portfolio of 8 projects which was part of a US$16 million health programme.
