To manage the client relationships and to maximise cross-selling revenues and client profitability while providing effective client support and relationship development relating to products

To lead a team of technical team leads to ensure the quality delivery and exploitation of a portfolio of applications. To develop, document and implement standards, policies and procedures and governance guidelines and SLAs. To monitor the IT services operations, identify and resolve incidents by channelizing incidents to appropriate functions. To ensure that delivery of services align with business expectations, delivery management expectations and Service Level Agreements.

To initiate the project by developing a Project Charter which clearly outlines the projects goals, requirements, deliverables, assumptions, constraints and stakeholders.To plan the project by formulating and revising the projects Budget, Resource Plan, Schedule and Risk Plan that will form the basis of controlling the project.To execute the project by putting the project plans into action.
