I'm a Senior Product Manager with much experience including development, project management and building the complex multi-tenant end-to-end billing solution. I have 4 years of product management experience, more than 10 of technical project management and software development. I used to work in big teams, complex environments, complex problems. Now I’m working with mass data processing in Cloud using k8s, microservices, kafka, document and rational databases, java, SpringBoot and serverless, EFK, Prometheus, Grafana and more. Working and leading an agile team of more than 70 people with several big projects, small projects, and product development in parallel. In my work I have the following priorities: - What exactly do my Customers need? What is their problem? - What's the best solution? - How fast can I bring it? MVP, time to market. My nature is to be a motivator. I like to measure efficiency and optimize, to manage change process using step-by-step approach.
