Vale Energia Limpa is a Vale's initiative on the production of middle distillates (diesel and other fuels) from high-carbon content feedstocks (biomass, coal and/or waste) using indirect liquefaction tecnhology.

- Develop and originate new businesses globally on the power, oil and gas sectors. - Coordinate initiatives including the valuation models to provide financial feasibility for the projects. - Coordinate different functional teams within company’s internal structure during the implementation of each project. - Establish relationships with different stakeholders (governments, investors, bilateral institutions, investment banks, partners etc.) developing instruments to provide feasibility to new businesses.

- M&A structuring including business development, valuation, establishment of new companies and tax planning. - Assignment to implement Policies & Control Department in Global Tax Department.

- Business Administration Bachelor Degree’s classes lectured: Managerial Cost Accounting, Financial Administration, and Budget. - Supervisor for final papers and member of more than 30 final paper examination committees. - Online MBA (Lato Sensu) class taught: Banking and Financial Services and Products. - Supervisor for more than 15 final papers and member of more than 20 final paper examination committees.
