Managing the Software Development LifeCycle within Customer projects. Request the team members from functional organizations and create the project team. Develop estimations/ create cost for the SW sub-projects. Create WBS and schedule. Execute, control and monitor the schedule and budget on weekly basis. Provide development deliverables. Updates on weekly basis on Management tools like Clarity and Salesforce.

Part of the team which developed the internal product development methodology which was created as a framework of inter-related discipline processes. It contains Business Analysis processes, Project Management processes, Resource Management Processes, Development processes and methodologies, QA processes. Responsibility over the Project Management area.

Member of a worldwide group that developed BASE24-eps, an integrated payment engine that acquire, authenticate, route, switch and authorize financial transaction across multiple channels. Part of the team that worked on components that interfaced the core engine of the product with the acquirers and issuers of the financial transactions. C++ development and Unix environment.

Part of the team which developed a Patient Monitor software platform called ESP. The target is deployment on several patient-monitoring devices on hospital network infrastructure. The platform consists of multiple independent subsystems connected through interfaces. Design and Development in C++ / Unix environment..

Responsible for requirements, design, development and deployment of a simulation tool used to test the loading limits of LDAP and Courier IMAP solutions in Alcatel.
