Main assignment was development of ABB 4Q (6 Sigma) Expert strategy and implementation throughout the factory in connection with global operational excellence strategy in Zurich. The role was based in the ABB High Voltage Sea cable company in Karlskrona, Sweden.

As an Operations Advisor I was active across the group of companies in Sweden, Germany and Canada with main assignment of efficiency improvement and international supplier development. Main tasks in my role: Working between board of directors and operations, implementing change strategies Increasing customer quality awareness and reducing costs

In my assignment as Global Quality Manager I was working with responsibility for Flatline Material Area which had 40% of IKEA´s total 30+ billion Euro turnover.

In my assignment I was working across all manufacturing sites with main task in resource, machine allocation and global utilization, global production transfer, training and execution of global profit impact projects. This role also included the concept of tiger teams set in place at various factories to achieve major impact/results of prioritized operational KPIs.

Worked in International order-desk/production planning with Ericsson customers in Holland and Australia as well as the Swedish markets
