Contract negoiations and price modeling for Tier One suppliers to the automotive industry. Cost restructuring to be competitive in the market place. Establishing legal structure for best tax and risk exposure. Working through bankruptcy restructuring.

Promoted to COO in February 2008 from CFO. Hired as CFO in February, 2001. Managed three divestitures. Managed the Finance Department and IT Department. Managed all customer contracts and pricing, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Honda, and Toyota. Developed a strategic plan, implimented budgets, and created cash management. Managed all legal contracts.

CFO for one billion dollar public corporation. Worked with the management team to intergrate an acquisition into the comapny. Spent 9 months traveling around Wall Street and banks trying to get buy-in for the acquisition. Returned to Detroit for family reasons.

At the time Johnson Controls was $15 billion in revenue. I managed all internal financial groups in the US, Mexico, South America, Europe, and Asia. Also, I managed all acquisitions and divestitures in the US, Europe, and Asia. The financial group was 2,400 employees in size.

Youngest plant controller in Modines´s history for their most profitable manufacturning plant. This plant was one of twelve and generated twenty-five percent of the companies profit.
