    It was a hard job - first days of Neostrada Plus (TP Poland - internet ADSL product) in Poland and me in Second Level Support ... You can imagine. I decided to leave this organization because of wrong organization of this process. I cannot help people - because my organization was not flexible. I learned on this example what does it mean to be not prepared for lauch of a product on the market. I keep my fingers crossed for colleagues who kept their positions until now - i hope time has changed:)

But i am still proud of my achievements there - it was a good background for getting familiar with DB processing.
