I am a Manager and Leader of diverse and distributed teams in the automotive industry with several years of experience in different technical topics, work models and phases of the product life cycle. To organize the work in my teams, I adapt best practices from systems engineering or agile work models like SAFE in combination with standardized approaches as known from ASPICE or ISO26262 for safety critical systems. It is my passion to look end-to-end at the product, bring people together, and push forward new technologies to generate customer benefit. Assisted and autonomous driving are in my opinion one of the key enablers to make long rides in the car safer and even more enjoyable. At the same time, they also represent one of the biggest challenges in the automotive industry in the upcoming years.
