With my background in customer communication, requirement gathering, UAT & Live project support (Agile Methodology), I’m confident that I can help a team to achieve respective goals. In my current role at EbixCash Financial technologies PVT.Ltd, I am responsible for evaluating our business processes and implementing dynamic solutions that eventually improved and engaged more business workflow. I have experience of handling multiple projects, including three major onsite projects (In Kenya, Zambia & Mauritius). My biggest wins include project implementation in decided timelines with minimal issues and fixes to improve client satisfaction which leads to increased system efficiency and boost company revenue profile. Liaising with stakeholders and implementing the modernization in existing systems are some of my key strengths. I have recently completed Scrum Master (CSM) certification and am working on Power Bi & SAP certification.
