Recruiting in the Kreditech Group is a dynamic and international process. My role sees me handling mostly the technical positions that sit in the Hamburg Office. The Kreditech Group uses big data, complex algorithms and automated workflows to serve a simple mission: “Better banking for everyone”. Based on 20,000 dynamic data points, the unique technology is capable of scoring everyone worldwide.

Human resource intern helping in both the administrative and recruiting side within the HR department of Kreditech

My specialisation is within the Contact Centre, our recruitment ranges from customer service representative to contact centre managers. Working in the permanent field, I recruit for a wide range of sectors ranging from FMCG to Insurance. Our aim is to shape the world of work, hence placing people in meaningful roles that will positively impact them and the people around them. The role includes candidate management, sourcing, business development and account management.
