I have been directly involved around 150 tool design and manufacturing projects related to automotive, medical & electrical products for tire-1 suppliers with all the customer specs under the APQP system. Hand on experience with PPAP and handling all the ECRs, measuring methods, equipment. manufacturing drawings with all kind of tolerances or GPS and manufacturing methods. Engineering plastic & molding parameters, all kind of tool steel, hardness & manufacturing process. Hand on experience of product design and development for injection molding process. “Test-Cell” and “Test-cell” design. Electro pneumatic and LOGO requirement with real industrial practices. Automation by using robotic arms (Schunk) for Jig & fixtures and 5-axis robot to achieve product cycle time. Experience of panel board, Electrical enclosers, Switch Gears and other sheet metal products design and manufacturing accordingly the modern technology. Hand on experience of process planning and process FMEA and OEE.
