This project deals with design and development of ECU diagnosis data for Mercedes vehicle diagnosis system (Tester tool). These systems are used worldwide in Mercedes Benz workshops for Diagnosis, flashing and coding of ECUs. We develop test procedures for DTCs, routines for initial startup, SCN coding, teach-in processes, actuators and actual values from sensors using ODX data.

CAN and Diagnostics development for Brake ECU software for TRW projects. Responsibilities : Analysis of System Requirement Specifications from TRW. Generation of drivecode from Vector Geny tool (CAN and UDS) and ElectroBit (Network management) . Development of complete CAN matrix for ECU, NM requirements, CAN Faults (Driver-message-signal level faults), failsafe of the CAN failures and Diagnostic layer (UDS services and variant coding of ECU).

Software validation (black-box testing) of BCM commonly used in different carlines for Ford and Renault. Functionalities such as Theft and access protection, CAN and DIAG requirements, Network management are automated and validated. Define and maintain the test cases as per System & SW requirement documents. Automation of Manual test cases. Black box testing & Regression testing. Report failures to the development team through JIRA ticketing system.

This project involves application software development for ECM ECUof Inline-5 Cylinder Diesel Engines. Responsibilities: Requirement Specification Analysis and Design. Implementing the software changes. CORE project development and handling updates from multiple projects. Software Package update and software component Integration. Performing testing at Unit, Integration, and System Levels.
