- Responsible welding coordinator for the business units of PORR Austria. - Maintain ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 certifications at the various PORR sites in Austria. - After evaluation of customer contracts, preparation, procurement and evaluation of all required QA documents with description of tests to be performed and component-specific requirements (e.g. material delivery specifications, inspection and test plans, NDE procedures, manufacturing and assembly specifications, QA documentation).

- Carrying out supplier audits and supplier qualifications for the areas of steel construction, steel bridge construction and corrosion protection. - After evaluation of customer contracts, preparation, procurement and evaluation of all required QA documents with description of tests to be performed and component-specific requirements (e.g. material delivery specifications, inspection and test plans, NDE procedures, manufacturing and assembly specifications, QA documentation).

- Preparation of welding planning documents, such as welder test certificates, WPQRs, WPS, inspection & test plans and welding sequence plans. - Development of repair concepts. - Welding production monitoring (inhouse and at the supplier's site). - Initial sample inspections and audits of suppliers of bodyshell components. - Review of subcontractor welding procedures, processes and documentation in order to determine that all applicable welding codes and design requirements are satisfied.

- Responsible for the overall project management for the Waagner-Biro Panel Bridge, in respect of cost, deadline and quality responsibility until project completion. - As the responsible welding coordinator of Waagner-Biro Bridge Systems AG, coordination of manufacturing operations for all welding and welding-related activities, including manufacturing supervision at workshop and construction site.

- Verification of design and manufacturing documents such as design drawings, bills of material, welding procedure specifications, welding sequence plans and installation plans. - Preparation of work plans as well as planning, controlling and monitoring the entire value chain of the production lines and the individual project phases. - Monitoring of welding tasks and welding tests. - Development and solution of production technical details. - Interface between project management & production.

- Production of steel, stainless steel and aluminum structures according to production drawings. - Visual and dye penetrant inspection inspection of welds. - Assembly of steel parts. - Performing welding works (MIG/MAG/TIG). - Assembly and welding works at home and abroad. - Constant quality control of fabricated parts and documentation. - Independent troubleshooting.
