Provide Manufacturing and Quality Systems architecture support to Factory Controls domain of 787. Lead process documentation, in-depth architecture analysis, technology deployment, and standards declaration. Plan, coordinate, and develop the systems architecture deliverables for Factory Controls sub-domain, Production Operations Domain and Manufacturing Process Definition (MPD) Domain. Engage technology transfer activities supporting 787 and incorporate into the architecture.

Managed a team of 15 IBM computing professionals for the Boeing 787 program, dedicated to the development and deployment of solutions in order to enable collaboration between Boeing and their onsite suppliers, as well as the supplier’s home offices in the US or overseas. Provided customer with leadership and guidance in the selection and implementation of new technology tools and processes, while supporting 850 engineering users and support groups. Responsibilities included:

o Develop, perform and coordinate technical presentations to promote IBM products for both potential and existing customers. o Conduct analysis and diagnostics on existing systems and provide consultant services in support of IBM sales campaigns. o Conduct feasibility studies for the introduction of new technologies and make recommendations for “Best Tools and Best Practices”. o Work with IBM virtual team of experts to develop strategies for “win back” accounts.

CATIA "focal" which included beta testing of unreleased software, developing and presenting on-the-job training programs to the design teams to enhance their level of proficiency, productivity with the CATIA products, Boeing processes, and trouble-shooting user issues. Mechanical Systems Designer and Video/Cabin Management Designer Responsible for conceptual definition, final design, design review, approval, implementation, and configuration control.
