Work closely with local CEO to create strategies that support objectives. Provide innovation, event and sponsorship strategy for various marketing programs. Responsible for local CEO’s budget. Work collaboratively with senior leadership team to develop and implement annual strategic plans and marketing budgets. Assess opportunities and budget requests, e.g. charitable contributions, sponsorships, events. Manage local Alumni Relations. Manage over 40 internal and external events annually (30-600 attendees).

Worked closely with marketing manager and practice leaders to execute marketing initiatives such as internal and external events, presentation delivery, website content, and thought leadership. Assisted in all aspects of event management and liaison with venues and suppliers. Wrote marketing communications including development of internal and external promotional materials, newsletters, print advertising and digital content. Managed client contact data for mailing lists and other purposes using the CRM.

Provided superior administrative support to Marketing Manager, including correspondence, legal documents, financial management, events/logistics coordination, communications, and problem resolution. Prepared weekly account reports and sales reports twice a year. Responsible for accounting and billing. Managed office, performing customer service, supervision and accounting. Wrote correspondence, proofed and edited press releases and other documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
