- Developed an algorithm and working towards its optimization to automate and standardize the data quality control process with the help of various machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, pandas etc. - It will help the company in reducing cost and saving more than 50 % of time on quality check of the data produced for different clients and thus, will help in increasing the overall productivity.
- Participated in design, discussion, code reviews and developing various talktorials in a form of Jupyter notebooks written in python to support an innovative research project called TeachOpenCADD. - It is an open source platform which provides python-based solutions to assist many people in structural bioinformatics research to gain knowledge in computer aided-drug design pipelines.
