Strategic Plan & Project Coordinator • Creating strategic plan by definition of the projects for future development channels of the company. Coordinating projects requirements and linking several projects to strategic perspective of the company. Organizing cross-functional activities. Comprising and transforming customer relations from individual approach to integral approach of the strategic plan. Monitoring plan and projects by various perspectives.

• Employment, employee orientation, development, and training, employee relations and communication, industrial relations, compensation and benefits administration, representation of company in relation with public institutions, health and safety, health service, performance management, annual training plan for group and individuals, management school program, lecturer, periodic meetings, documentations, announcements and policies, career management, administration plan and control about admin depart.

• The control of annual income on daily base. (Between 60-70 millions pound). The control has included comparing total amount of invoices with total amount of income (banking, cash, cheques) for each truck team. Checking and confirming daily spending for each truck team. Issuing the company’s spread sheet based on daily truck records and having confirmation from the finance manager. Paying total amount of company’s daily cash and cheques to bank account and managing driver’s bonus system.
