Facilitated the development of the retail business in Switzerland and Netherlands with 10 direct operated stores opened between 2014 and 2015. Delivered critical support in negotiations concerning the financial conditions of the new commercial leases and the termination of the wholesale business in Switzerland and Netherlands.

Reported to Central Europe General Manager. Led global finance function for Germany, Austria and Czech Republic. Redesigned monthly processes to increase accounting entries speed, accuracy and reliability during the monthly financial reporting. Resolved accounting issues, which were material for the Group Consolidated Financial Statement. Managed all statutory and tax reporting and compliance. Oversaw financial statements audits.

Reported to Central Europe General Manager and in charge for Germany, Austria and Czech Republic. Monitored financial performance and analysis (including forecasting and budgeting) and delivered critical support during the monthly reporting and the year-end financial statement preparation. Rolled out full P&L, providing comprehensive view of profitability from top-line to bottom-line indicators. Redesigned sales reporting introducing and monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at boutique level.

Reported to Group Administration and Finance Director. Participated in the preparation of the consolidated financial statement and relative disclosure. Delivered critical support in the definition of the group accounting policies and supervised the relative implementation by Group entities. Reviewed accuracy of Group entities reporting packages and provided trainings about Group policies and IFRS accounting rules to the relative finance managers.

Carried out statutory and reporting package audit, and other assurance services mainly for customers belonging to chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
