Custom software development and consulting

I was responsible for the development of major projects for the advertising division. This required working with DTI’s product management, sales, development, documentation and QA departments. The software was customer driven and I worked closely with the customer’s management, technical and user staff. I was responsible expanding the product manager’s description into a needs assessment and then into the necessary requirement specifications, as well as the architecture, software and system designs.

I was responsible for the entire development of a custom application once the sale was made. This included meeting the contracted budget and delivering the software on time. Directing other project managers and software engineers in the development of the software. I managed over twenty-five custom software projects while I was at Footprints. Project budgets ranged from five thousand to over one hundred thousand dollars.
