I am Sreehari currently working as a Product Owner. Through my >11 years’ experience I have overseen and implemented ecommerce based products. My key domains of expertise include Product Management, Feature prioritization using scoring each feature based on the business value and the effort, User story creation, agile scrum management, Process Analysis, Project Management. I have proven record of accomplishment of driving successful product strategy, and collaborating with international stakeholders to achieve business objectives. In my current role as Product Owner with IBS Software I manage a team of 8 direct reports covering business analysis as well as testing, together with 20 software developers. I own the requirements and solution of reservation/finance system (an e-commerce based platform) & Document Management system. I coordinate end-to-end project management, setting the direction for global delivery of applications.
