Sulficker Ali Ismail

I'm doing master's degree in Renewable Energy and E-Mobility from Hochschule Stralsund, and I have a master's degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering. My most recent role was as a Production Engineer at Royal Wood Packers, where I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing production activities and resources. As a Production Engineer, I worked with clients and managers to estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales for production projects. I also maintained good interdepartmental relationships and selected, ordered, and purchased materials as needed. I successfully managed production activities so that all orders were shipped on time, with the help of my team and the use of data-driven tools and methods. I am motivated by finding innovative and sustainable solutions for production challenges, and I am eager to learn from and contribute to a diverse and dynamic team that shares the same vision and values.
