- In-depth study of new technologies for CO2 capture & low carbon-emitting processes. This study has demonstrated to understand the CO2-saving potentials. - Because hydrogen is a feasible energy carrier that emits zero CO2, it may be used as a long-term technology, and the best way to produce this hydrogen is with a PEM electrolyser. LCA methodology was used in accordance with ISO standards 14040 and 14044, and the impacts were analysed in accordance with European Commission guidelines (DAC).
