Responsible for developing GlobaLexicon’s client portfolio through structured account management, marketing and business development strategy. Overseeing vendor management and driving expansion into new markets and roll-out of new service and language offering.

Focused on developing, managing and distributing marketing collateral and materials in multiple languages to support their international brand visibility and identify new partnerships and opportunities across target markets.

Responsible for overall admin and operational activities of the UK Head office, remote project teams in the US, China and Bulgaria. Instrumental in achieving high operational performance and client portfolio development through attentive account management, roll-out of new language/service offering and efficient procurement function in Europe and Asia.

Responsible for the overall management and delivery of the localisation of key print marketing communications, multimedia and web-based projects to agreed deadlines and budget and in accordance with company ISO 9001:2000 quality standards. Promoted from Senior Project Manager.
