Managing operations for both the European region and the international creative team. I handle onboarding and offboarding, relocation and visa assistance for international team members moving to Berlin. With a passion for helping others, I am also responsible for managing our employee Philanthropy and Health & Wellness Programs for Europe. I created and implemented a file structure system for the company, maintain our records for invoice, and enjoy process improvement and finding operational efficiencies.

As the sole designer for the Activation & PR division, I was able to integrate various teams (Activation, PR, Creative, Account and Project Management) on over 25 client brands, including Canon, Marriott and Febreze. I designed pop-ups, micro-sites, promotional contests, printed materials, social content and award-winning branded events to drive awareness and media coverage. I was able to manage tight timelines, oversee vendor production/execution of creative elements, and create client presentations.

As a production artist I gained a lot of technical design training. My primary responsibilities were preparing files for print production and publishing, creating printed collateral, logos and infographics, sourcing, designing and overseeing the construction of photography shoots, designing new business presentations, and maintaining server structures and internal records.

As an intern, I designed internal company events, created signage and infographics, did competitive research and maintained internal records.

Designed packaging, prepared files for production, maintained internal records, product catalogs and sale sheets, created studio photography for products and catalogs.
