- Purchase - Cost reduction and negotiation with suppliers - To manage import and export processes and their logistic - Monitoring of import documentation, clearance and transport till the goods arrives in the Barueri plant - Process optimization and shipping cost to customers. These tasks were connected with the sales department - International team experience - trips to develop operations and procedures in Germany and Austria facilities, as well as customers and suppliers
