At Luxury Recruit we run a specialist search and selection firm targeted exclusively at the consumer sector and luxury goods industries.

Working with all new starters across Retail systems used by Buying, Merchandising, Garment Tech, Design, VM, Sourcing and Product Trading. Was responsible for improving the capability of members of the ASOS Retail Team in line with the requirements of their role and in line with changes to ways of working that are being delivered as part of change initiatives, namely Truly Global.

Responsible for managing retail operating systems across the global business. Responsible for the roll out of the EPOS (Oracle) till system across all stores in the UK and US. Implemented a number of inventory management systems and processes across the business. Driving system and process change through the integration of a multi channel solution.

I was responsible for managing the brand critical path and allocations system. I work with the National Account Managers to support them with their accounts, particularly Boots. I am responsible for setting up all new lines and communicating launch or pricing changes.
