Some of my tasks are to design an Onboarding plan, design a general guide for Personnel Selection, develop and participate in every step on the process of Personnel selection for a certain Job position (recruitment, screening, interview and AC) , research and design a plan to prevent Legal Issues related to AC and DC, design exercises for AC, preparation and intervention in different AC, document translation (English- Spanish and German-English), work with PowerPoint and Excel to make AC and DC resumes

• Participation in different experiments (research, testing subjects, data collection) use of Photoshop to create items for different experiments, document translation (English-Spanish). • Develop and Presentation of a Poster in the ECVP 2012 about „High-Level Color Adaptation for Familiar Objects”
