Within the first 2 months of working I received a promotion to team leader and installing technician due to my hard work and ability to quickly grasp the ins and outs of the company’s operations. Throughout my time as a team leader I managed to train and support my colleagues to also achieve the rank within a short space of time.

This role enabled me to learn the importance of networking to build new relationships and maintain a high standard of customer service and communication for great retention. I was also in charge of organizing Business receptions at several prestigious venues ranging from The Hilton Hotel to the Millennium Gloucester Hotel. The capacity for these events ranged from as little as 20 people to 1000+ crowds.
