Responsible for Alstom's global delivery centre for Master Data Management, Business Process Management and EnterpriseApplication Integration. The Delivery Centre employs approximately 25 to 40 (depending on project load) internal and external people in Baden and India. Delivered a master data management solution for Alstom Power, a global quote and order management workflow application and a number of SOA integration services to support the roll out of a global SAP application to Alstom Power worldwide.

- Managed the CIO strategy consulting team with 13 senior consultants. - Sold and delivered a major IT strategy engagement to rationalize the application portfolio and architecture at Royal Mail UK. - Worked with several other major international companies such as Diageo on IT strategy engagements. - Increased practice size by 35% over 6 months whilst meeting all utilisation and productivity targets for the group.

Joined Xpedior UK, an e-commerce consultancy, which was taken over by Arthur Andersen, which in turn was acquired by Deloitte & Touche. Managed operations at Xpedior (70 employees, £12m turnover). Engagement manager for the delivery of a website for MyTravel. Developed new propositions for travel, iDTV and e-government. Sold and delivered guest intelligence solutions to the hospitality industry. Sold and managed a number of large projects in the travel, utilities and financial industries.

The e-commerce practice of KPMG delivered specialist e-commerce consulting services in areas such as security, integration, infrastructure and implementation. Developed new proposition and proposals. Developed ecommerce strategy for Guinness World Records Delivered an integrated service management solution for a large commercial property management company.

BOC Distribution Services (now known as Gist Ltd) provides integrated turn-key warehousing and distribution services to retail clients such as Marks and Spencer, ASDA and Albert Heijn. Managed development department (25 people). Responsible for Year 2000 programme. Responsible for 24/7 application support of 14 core applications in 38 locations in the UK and France. Developed the IT architecture and strategy. Delivered warehousing and distribution applications for Marks and Spencer and Albert Heijn.
