As the Security Manager of the Deutsche Telekom's Smart Home product family, 'MagentaZuhause' and 'Magenta Smart Home', I am consulting, implementing, optimizing, and performing Smart Home Product family's data privacy and data security processes and measures. Togther with product management, Product Owners, and Scrum-teams we are performing the group-wide Privacy and Secutrity Assessment. Furthermore we are living Security Incident, Security Incident Identification, Penetration Test and related Prozesses.

Within group Deutsche Telekom the business unit QIVICON is driven like a startup company. It offers a home automation platform for partners' products like Telekom 'Smart Home'. As a Business Architect I am aligning QIVICON's emerging business strategy with long-, mid-, and short-term developments. My contributions comprise consultancy of management C*O, partners, product owners as well as scrum teams. Applied expertise spans from business models to technical architecture.

Within group Deutsche Telekom the business unit P&I is responsible for group-wide product development. As a Business Architect I am consulting partners, projects, and products in all aspects of architecture. This applies particularly but not exclusively for home automation platform QIVCON of Deutsche Telekom (www.qivicon.com). My contributions comprise consultancy of management C*O, partners, product owners as well as scrum teams. Applied expertise spans from business models to technical architecture.

The brand T-Online is offering products like email (@t-online.de), web portals (www.t-online.de), TV (Entertain) or voice services. As Enterprise Architect/IT Architect I was structuring the interplay among services and their integration into supporting functions like identity management (authentication), accounting, billing, charging (ABC), or customer processes (e.g. CRM). Objectives were customer centric usage processes as well as business centric management processes as known from eTOM.

Deutsche Telekom was and is one of the most innovative Telco providers. As a Research Consultant I was consulting the central innovation units of group Deutsche Telekom, T-Com/T-Home, and T-Mobile. In co-operation with internal customers we made contributions to the group innovation strategy and consequently brought these to global standardization bodies. As IT Architect I was designing functional and technical Architectures reflecting market aspects and the existing operative IT infrastructure.

Deutsche Telekom was and is one of the most innovative Telco providers. As a Research and Development Expert I was responsible for sighting, evaluation, and preparation of future exploitation of innovative scientific trends and developments. This respected known and future requirements of anticipated telecommunications products. My contributions addressed group internal pre-product development processes and the management of respectice standardization initiatives.

Danet, now Devoteam was and is a leading communication software and consulting company. As an Expert Software Design and Development I contributed to the evolution of Vendor Specific Mediation Devices (VMDs) which interconnect network elements of GSM or paging networks with Telco provider specific Customer Care Systems in Germany as well as abroad. Within the VMD infrastructure I took end to end account for the implementation of several, separated modules.
