Responsible for AP region's operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality and engineering

Overall responsible to strategically outline the whole operations of all plants in Asia Pacific to monitor daily internal production related matters

In charge of establishing, running and developing operations in AP region, grew business 35-40% annually with new operations in Thailand (2007) and India (2008) while constantly growing China. Full P&L responsibilities reporting to HQ.

Overseeing, improving and implementing new processes for Amphenol’s connector and cable operations, a manufacturing group of 8 facilities in China and 1 in Taiwan, Japan and Australia. Designed and implemented new production line and tailored processes and systems to support new product roll-out, coached local national colleagues in managing the relevant international client relationships. Implemented environmental projects (RoHS, WEEE, Sony Green) and overall corporate QA system.

China experienced since 1994. Project Management Specialist for Industrial & Commercial Projects and Power Stations with strong Business Development and Business Establishment experience, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Standardization ratings, such as ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. Main customers are Amphenol China, Siemens China and Tennant Logistics as well as others.
