Investigated a commercial transaction data set and visualized seasonal trends by using unsupervised learning to cluster data and applied basket analysis theorem for recommendation system. Implementing an exploratory data analysis on bus trajectories and route delays data set to support a project of rescheduling urban buses. Researching and performing a hybrid deep learning-based model on predicting bus driving time from historical time series data. This project is related to the master thesis.

Work with internal customers across the company, in an agile environment, on integrating business needs and supporting data analysis, reports, and dashboards. Responsible for analyzing data and figure valuable information from various sources with proficient on understanding the business question and the big picture of the business to explain historical, current, and future business performance to support decision making for stakeholders.

Manpower studied, Time studied and developing functional in Excel program for operation and initiative projects: conceptual designed for interface solutions and reduced human error. Analyzed data, planned, and implement a graphical user interface in Anylogic simulation program to reduce work scopes and improve efficiency and flexibility within operational processes.
