Responsible for leading a small team in the implementation of Lean manufacturing across all product lines, as well as educating all employees (including executives) in the Lean Principles. My team was responsible for training all employees in the basic concepts of Lean. With their help we were able to improve productivity by 30%, reduce lead times on sub-components by up to 90% and reduce specific defects by >95%.
