• Providing service for a client based in the UK • Preparing official letters and completing forms for Client’s employees, solicitors, courts, Department of Work and Pensions (Child Support Agency) and other interested parties • Calculating an employee’s financial loss caused by an absence • Answering pay related queries via telephone • Providing reports related to the team's performance • SAP, Siebel, Workday, Salesforce, Content Manager.

• Searching for candidates • Reviewing resumes • Interviewing candidates (both face-to-face and via telephone) • Conducting testing part of assessment centre • Customer service - informing job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions • Managing confidential documentation
