 Analyzing the new investment project's (>3 M Euros as CapEx) in technical, financial, geographical perspectives for all Gestamp plants and suggesting the viable & optimistic projects.  Maintaining and controlling the new fixed asset's financial indicators for the all the plant's data entry, creating ad-hoc reports, and reorganizing comprehensive database.  Controlling and tracking the payment terms and agreements for all the assets leased.

 Developed accurate measurement standards to increase production, minimized non-value-added time, and reduced cost through optimized process flow for the large BIW parts.  Developed, evaluated, documented and advance manufacturing methods and processes through Lean techniques and Kaizen events.  Identified and resolved bottlenecks to maximize efficiency across production lines.  Collaborated with administrative and financial teams to establish viable support of safely standards.

 Provided ongoing production support and troubleshooting.  Analyzed and improved the utilization of the labors.  Reduced the cycle time of the overall assembly line using Lean Principles.  Identified and suggested opportunities for improvement in the current production system.
