Ensure the smooth operation of the SMD department. In doing this, I had to reduce down times, train personnel, improve on line design and processes, and reduce line wastage and to evaluate and determine Capex and Opex for the department. I managed to successfully turn the Bosch ECU plant into a rework free manufacturing plant.
