Identifies training opportunities and suggests methods for improving employee and/or team performance.

Developing customer and vendor relationships, clients served:Walmart and officedepot. Provide quotations within the timeline and follow-up all inquiries. Advise factories on policies and operating procedures to ensure proper and timely arrival of all shipments to destination Responsible for customer inquiries timely, efficient for all the products from beginning to end. Familiar with entire procedure, export regulations and requirements.
