Adjustment of the operational risks methodology, operational risk reporting, transformational change related activities. Responsible for setting up management of Loss Events.

Monitoring activities and quality assurance of the risk network professionals in North America and LATAM. Implementing 'Internal Control Framework' best practices and rolling out methodologies for Region LATAM with a team of 10 professionals. Leading development and implementation on strategic operational risk and control areas. Developing simplified approach, embedding continuous improvement risk culture along strategic goals.

Claims Division DOO: Led key interactions with e.g. finance, HR, procurement, BCM, logistics; strategic projects for the Exec Team. Workforce controller (over 800 employees, 107 countries). Led Lean excellence initiatives incl. concept and roll-out (e.g., career path, IT solution, protecting data privacy). Developed and implemented internal control system for Claims Risk Management, compliance (e.g., SOX), corporate governance, budgeting. Performed monitoring, training in Europe, Asia, Americas.

Managed claims operational issues on behlf of Head Operations including finance planning, controls & team reengineering; led Chief Claims Officer's strategic ad-hoc initiatives. Designed set up of new expanded organization after M&A, change management process. Led KPI's core team for critical success factors in transition; guidelines for claims data quality.
