• Lead the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from start to the end with focus on the permanent placement positions; • Search for the best matching profile for various industries, and more specifically for Pharmaceutical and FMCG; • Prepare customer offers and develop long-term successful relationships with existing and new clients; • Plan, organize and implement all the marketing activities related to company’s web and media presence.

• Taking active part in the whole recruitment process from applications’ pre-selection to final interviews with candidates, particularly for temporary placements; • Preparing the necessary documentation related to the hiring of employees; • Assist the HR Consultants in various projects; • Identifying active and passive candidates by effectively using social media and database; • Participation and preparation of materials for job fairs and other initiatives.
