Plan marketing campaigns and events and manage the end-to-end execution. - Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of the campaigns. - Brief and oversee the work of individual contributors, designers, social and content members. - Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs. - Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and collaterals. - Oversee all aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations, coordination, deliverables. - Manage the outputs effectively.

• Prepare employees for the certifications (A1/A2 for Visa/Non-Visa requirements) • Reading through original material and rewriting it in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained • Proofreading and editing final translated versions

Work closely with Marketing, IT & Operations team to ensure prompt output of Business Development initiatives. - Conducting in-depth research to gain a cross-functional view of the respective companies existing behavior, focus of the individual client person in his work, company's performance vis a vis competitor and the typical challenges faced - Recommending the prospects on the best practices so to give maximum benefit to the prospect on cost and effort
