In my current role, I gather and define user requirements, analyze them using user and objective tables, and use a requirement traceability matrix to ensure alignment with project objectives. I also perform market research, create surveys, model application processes, and analyze business practices to recommend improvement actions. I work with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, testers, and project managers, using Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
