WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- As a Senior HR Controller (m/f/d) you have the independent responsibility for the monthly HR controlling and reporting, budget preparation and forecasts including the derivation of measures and corresponding need for action explanation toward our management team
- You will have independent control of the annual HC forecast and HR budget process including personnel costs for all locations and monitoring of follow-up measurements
- You will create ad hoc reports and answer request from the business
- You are a Key-User for all HR Tools (e.g. SAP, 4Plan, P&I Loga) and responsible for accuracy of data
- You will work in close cooperation with HR business partners as well as our finance and other stakeholders
- You are our key team member for our yearly salary increase and benchmarks
- Your task is to question existing instruments, processes and reports and to work out suggestions for improvement in cooperation with the team
- Participation in HR projects and in the development of existing HR processes will be on your to-do list as well
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on controlling or human resources or a comparable degree
- You enjoy working with Excel on a senior professional level and have a strong affinity for IT systems
- You were able to gain profound professional experience in (HR) controlling
- You have strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, your work is guided by accuracy and you are excellent process-oriented and have a great conceptual thinking
- You are characterized by an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working with high quality standards
- Very good communication skills in English in dealing with all management levels is one of your strengths
- Speaking German is a plus
