In depth on-site auditing of local operations in America, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa in terms of organization, processes and data quality standards followed by recommendations, training, and follow up implementation. Responsible to deploy globally Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects based on Six Sigma & Lean methodologies.

Manage a total team of 250 people ensuring the availability of resources, creating maximum value for the company’s stakeholders, and reporting to the Managing Director and the Board. Responsible for the daily operation of the company’s media research services in Mexico i.e. Television, Radio and Billboards; taking decisions to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsible for the implementation, certification and maintenance of the quality control system under the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9000 (Four Successful Certification Processes). Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained (including the administration of the documentation system and the non compliance management system).

Being the interphase between the company and the external auditors (Ernst & Young) in order to comply with the Media Rating Council minimum standards to maintain a trusting relationship with the clients. Implementing internal audit plans to test for compliance with international standards. Examining each area of the company to detect potential problems, recommend solutions and support the implementation.
