Managing several Infrastructure projects in parallel with distributed teams Managing the rollout of Confluent Kafka and evangelising the migration to the new platform to all BUs Coordination across different teams, onboarding BUs to new infrastructure Support for the Program Manager on a large-scale DC reorganisation with complete move to another DC with redundancy to a second location Daily cooperation and coordination with Cloud Engineering and Platform Engineering teams to ensure project delivery

• Recruitment and management of the IT and Business Consultants team, with the goal to deliver software solutions designed and customized for the customers’ critical business areas • Main customer point of contact, to ensure quality service delivery and a growing business relationship • Team coaching • Design and development of complex targeted solutions, in accordance with the clients’ needs, in the agreed objective and timeframe • Strong focus on developing new business with existing and potential clients

BMW Connected Drive, Order Management, Billing and MicroServices. Responsibilities include Team Management and Functional Solution Management (functional architect) from planning to execution for the E2E solution from requirement to production support, in close cooperation with the overall Project Director, IT - and Business Stakeholders. The SW delivery included both waterfall (6 releases per year) and agile (MicroServices and priority sub-projects and solutions) in a complex multi-location environment.
