He was involved in all phases from bid elabration, which concluded with the signature of the most important contract for the company. - Project concept & planning (technical / economical), including negotiations with Customer and providers. - Implementation of Marketing policies defined for the managed product line of software systems. Introduction of new concepts into product pipeline and follow-up of the roadmap for development. - Offer design: RfP analysis, required adaptation, tasks scheduling and planing, deliveries. - Management negotiations: scope, scheduling, management, responsibilities - Contract negotiations: terms & conditions, risks, payments - Project Manager for development and deployment of information systems (>20MM€).

- Architecture and design of the transmission backbone - Elaboration of the Business Plans for the different cases of the network deployment - Preselection of telecommunication providers and network equipment

- Software developments for dynamical bandwidth management for optical networks and operator aided systems - Technical responsible for a 4-member team
