After 3 years of working as an internal auditor, I have learned much about international business operations including sales, logistics, H&S, regional & global strategies, procurement, IT security, HR management, and legal & compliance systems. Through auditing, I experienced traveling for business to many subsidiaries around the globe ranging from 7 employees entities to over 500 employees, with different functions as sales, production, central support, and research & development units. I had the opportunity to work closely with many colleagues from management levels to warehouse workers, coming from all sorts of different backgrounds. Over 25 full-scope audits and special assignments have broadened my horizon to extents I never imagined possible. This, to continue learning I mean, is the most important aspect I am looking for in the next step of my career.
