• Conduct initial pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities. • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. • Giving orientation of new employees and introducing hired employees to the office. • Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings. •Coordinating with HODs to forecast department goals and hiring needs. •Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda. •Managing Clearance exit of employees. Hands-on Recruitment for the following positions: • Engineer (Service Desk, DevOps & Cloud Engineers [AWS, Azure], SQA). • Developers ( PHP, .NET, Node JS, React Native) • Technical Project Managers • Marketing (Content Writer, UI/UX & Graphic Designers, Project Coordinator) • Admin Officer • Interns ( MTO-HR, Web, UI/UX & Graphic Designers)
