I gained solid work experience at large organizations with a focus on patent and trademark protection. I have successfully set up IP team in a cross-culture environment with multi-report lines. Detailly, I am a qualified Chinese patent attorney, handling drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent applications in the life science and biochemistry area. I advise corporations, founders, R&D directors, and technical experts in the field of intellectual property law, especially regarding IP protection and defense for innovation (including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and antitrust law), as well as on M&A and IPO due diligence projects. I have managed patent portfolios around the world, and work in the area of accompanying Chinese companies in their business activities in Germany, consulting IP protection and defense for J&V, start-up, and cross-border M&A transactions. In my spare time, I enjoy running, swimming, cycling and marathon.
